Suggested Guidelines

* I'm currently not teaching regularly scheduled classes.

*  Please wear comfortable
workout clothing.  Layers are
best to ensure your comfort
through out the class.  

*  Please refrain from wearing
any colognes or perfumes.

*  Avoid practicing with a full
stomach, and drink plenty of
water before class.  

*  Most importantly, remember
yoga isn't an overnight miracle
worker.  Stick to it and the
results will follow!
